The Website is owned and operated by TINY AURAS, a partnership firm having its principal place of business at 13, Rajgarh Kothi, Geeta Bhavan Road, Manorama Ganj, Indore, Madhya Pradesh - 452001. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all related policies.

3. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST).

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, as computer monitors and screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely exact.

4. Payment Terms & Gateways

We accept online payments processed securely through RBI-approved payment gateways (such as Razorpay), supporting Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI. By initiating a transaction, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment instrument. In the event of transaction failures, payment debits without order generation, or reconciliation issues, refunds are governed by the payment gateway and banking regulations.

5. Shipping, Cancellations & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our specific policies:

Shipping: Standard domestic orders are fulfilled via courier partners with PAN India delivery within 7 working days.
Cancellations: An order can only be cancelled if it has NOT been shipped. Cancellations must be requested via our customer care helpline at +91 90394 86471 before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is defective or damaged from our side. Upon receiving the product back and inspecting the defect, eligible refunds are credited to the original source account within 5 working days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this Website—such as logos, product designs, handcrafted motif patterns, text, graphics, photographs, and digital assets—is the exclusive intellectual property of TINY AURAS and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
