Domestic Shipping Policy (India)

At Tiny Auras, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and promptly. We deliver across India with reliable courier and logistics partners.

1. Delivery Timeline & PAN India Coverage
We provide PAN India delivery within 7 working days from the date of order dispatch. Most standard domestic orders are packed and processed within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation.

2. Free Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping across all serviceable pin codes in India on all orders.

3. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your package is picked up by our shipping partner, you will automatically receive an SMS, WhatsApp update, and an email containing your tracking ID (AWB) and a direct link to follow your parcel's live transit status.

4. Multiple Package Shipments
To ensure maximum product protection and safety during transit, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate protective boxes. In such cases, packages may arrive within 24–48 hours of each other.

5. Accurate Shipping Information
Please ensure that your delivery address, landmark, PIN code, and mobile phone number are completely accurate at the time of checkout. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, the destination address cannot be altered. Undelivered packages resulting from incomplete or inaccurate addresses will be returned to our facility and may incur re-dispatch transit charges.

6. Unforeseen Delays
While we make every endeavor to meet our delivery schedules, unforeseen transit circumstances such as adverse weather, regional holidays, regulatory transit checks, or courier operational bottlenecks may occasionally cause minor delays. Our customer support team will gladly assist you with live tracking updates should any disruption arise.

International Shipping

Modes of International Delivery:
We also cater to global customer orders via trusted international courier services (including DHL, FedEx, and Aramex). Transit timeframes generally range from 7 to 12 working days depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes. Applicable international shipping charges are calculated transparently at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties:
Any import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance levies imposed by the destination country's government are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.
